When renting a facitity that accommodates up to 150 people, 

Sunday to Friday-**$150 per hour - minimum 4 hr
- plus  insurance, tax, security, and cleaning fees

Saturday-**$200 per hour - minimum 6 hr
- plus  insurance, tax, security, and cleaning fees
